About me
Just like everyone else who
owns a computer I have had
problems. I needed the help of
someone who knew more
than me. Someone, who
knew how to fix a computer.
When I first knew that the
cover would actually have to
come off of my computer I
took it to my local computer
store.

I didn't think that what I paid
was worth the amount of work
that was done. From that day
forward I researched any and
all problems.
Since then I have passed
several CompTIA (Computing
Technology Industry
Association) certifications and
a few Microsoft ones as well. I
hold an MCP (Microsoft
Certified Professional
certification) and a MCTS
(Microsoft Certified Technology
Specialist certification).

I see people all the time taking
their computers to so called
professionals for the most
minor of fixes or maintenance.
People, who are paying prices
way over what it actually costs
to do the work.

I decided that I would help
people as best as I could with
advice and guides to help them
to maintain their own
computers and to stop them
giving all their hard earned
money to corporations that
just want to make a fast buck.

You'll find a lot of information
here to help you fix, clean and
maintain your computer. I hope
you save your money for
yourself.
